It's official -- the sexiest man in the world is a Korean.

23-year-old police administration student Kim Jongwoo won the title of Mister Global at the 2019 Mister Global pageant held in Bangkok, Thailand on Sep. 26.

The pageant has been held annually since 2014.

38 contestants took part in this year's edition, including entrants from Hong Kong, Haiti and the Philippines.

Kim wowed the audience with his traditional Korean outfit:

Kim beat first runner-up Houssem Saïdi of Tunisia, second runner-up José Luis Rodrigo Navarro of Spain, third runner-up Kenan Murseli of Switzerland and fourth runner-up Braulio Encarnación of the Dominican Republic).

Maybe next year, Singapore can send someone to compete.
