In a video submitted to Mothership by one Qiu Qiu, a man can be seen following closely behind a child in a pool, who is swimming.

The man appears to be using a cane repeatedly, although it is unclear if the cane actually came into contact with the kid.

The relationship between the man and child is unclear.

According to the person who submitted the video, it was apparently taken at a condominium in Singapore.
