One man in Kalimantan, Indonesia, recently got married.

To both of his girlfriends.

At the same time.

"Couldn't bear to see any of them hurt"

An Instagram post by makasar_iinfo on Aug. 18 showed a video of a man's wedding ceremony with two brides.

In the video, the man can be seen seated in between the two women during the solemnisation ceremony.

A blue cloth is draped over their heads as part of this ceremony.

According to the Instagram post, the groom allegedly said:

"I can't bear to see anyone get hurt. So I decided to get married at once."

According to Panrita, he apparently paid a dowry of Rp. 10,000 (S$0.97) for one of his brides.

It is unclear if he paid the same amount for the other bride.

The wedding took place in a village in Kendawangan District of West Kalimantan.
