On August 28, 2019, Lou Yau will be selling its Ipoh Bean Sprouts Chicken One Person Set at S$1.

Each set usually costs S$8.50.
However, this promotion is only valid between 11:30am to 1:30pm on the day, on a "while stocks last" basis.

All Lou Yau outlets will be participating, except for its Changi T4 store.
The rest of its outlets are at:
- Bedok Mall
- Chinatown Point
- IMM (taste of Malaysia)
- Junction 8
- Oasis Terraces
- Sun Plaza
The set consists of kampong chicken, Ipoh hor fun in chicken soup, and bean sprouts.
Condiments like chilli and a ginger and spring onion dip will also come along with the set.
As it is officially called the "RM3 One Person Set Day", only ringgit will be accepted. Diners without ringgit can change for it with the event staff on the day.
