514 Chai Chee Lane 03-16, Singapore 469029 Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies Tharman Shanmugaratnam - he of poetic poems and broad shoulders laden with responsibilities - has outdone himself again.
This time, he single-handedly transformed a run-of-the-mill tree planting event in the Jurong Lake District last Sunday (Oct. 25) into one that will live long in the memory.
Yup, he poured water onto the kids, who thought they would stay dry because the lake is some distance away.
The sudden outpour of water meant for the tree caught many by surprise, including one National Development Minister.

And according to this Straits Times photo, the kid's yellow Minion t-shirt read: Just the right amount of wrong.
