After experiencing a nasty online backlash with a pun bun that is probably not kneaded right now, BreadTalk has removed the Facebook post that left a bad taste in many Singaporeans' mouth.
Here's the offending post:
But netizens are not in a forgiving mood.

Apparently, BreadTalk deletes comments.
Hang on, the pun buns are still on the shelves.
Some have a great sense of humour.
Maybe it's better to apologise?
When seafood restaurant Fish & Co. Singapore posted its ad for with a tongue-in-cheek line: “Stay Away From Riot & Eat Bombay Fish and Chips”, it had to appoint a new PR agency.
The former Facebook administrator for the restaurant's page also had to apologise for the advertisement that made reference to the Little India riots.

Still waiting for your response, BreadTalk.
