Well, now you do.
There are hundreds and hundreds of these places that have been sprouting up like mushrooms over the past two years. In every neighbourhood, at every corner you turn, you are increasingly convinced Singapore has officially turned into a cafe nation.
However, not all cafes are created equal. To help everybody suss them out and differentiate them, here are 5 categories that cafes in Singapore can be grouped into:
