It was a stark contrast to the usual jovial, smiling face.

The Prime Minister Office earlier today issued a statement that former Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew remains in critical condition and has deteriorated further.
Coincidentally, his wife, Ho Ching, also changed her profile picture to a picture of a lotus earlier today.
