What a kind man.

A florist at Raffles Place MRT station is giving away flowers for people to bring to the late Lee Kuan Yew's wake.

The shop is called Artisan de Fleurs but the publicity-shy owner in his fifties declined to be named because he said he is not in it for the spotlight, reports The New Paper.

He has been giving away white gerbera daisies that can cost up to $2 and white roses up to $4 since Monday, March 23, 2015.

The kind gesture came to light on Instagram on Tuesday.

The owner plans to continue with the giveaway until Friday.

Free flowers if you are going for Lee Kuan Yew's memorial. Business are also chipping in. #rememberinglky #leekuanyew
