Here is a video that is kind of sad: A puppy residing on Bukit Batok slope where a tonne of rats call home was so hungry it feasted on a rat.

This video was apparently taken before the culling of rats occurred. Naturally, one would ask: Will culling stray dogs add to the woes of keeping the rat population in check? And is feeding of strays the main cause of the rat infestation considering the dogs don't even seem to be getting enough to eat in the first place?
