The 45-year-old Brigadier-General explained on Facebook why he was back with his Guards men undergoing reservist training.
1. This will be the last ICT for the Guards men who became operationally ready at the end of 2002, which means they have been called back the past 12 years for reservist training.

And of course, everybody has grown fat.
