Okay, we all know the routine: Halloween is coming up, young people in Singapore have a lot of free time, therefore, it is a good excuse to dress up and scare people and secretly film it down and put it on YouTube.

Then the haters will descend on the video and comment that this sort of things shouldn't be allowed. And the wishy washy liberals will get all defensive and say Singapore is too uptight.

So, here is another video of another allegedly scary prank. Instead of featuring a parang-wielding man in a mask, it has a girl trying to be scary, being all like "I'm so tormented so I'm going to start shouting and chasing you down.".
