10 Mookata Restaurants in Singapore that make you go Sawadeekrap

Trust the Thais to come up with the best of both worlds.

No idea what Mookata is? Think of it as a BBQ grill surrounded by a steamboat moat originating from Thailand.

A special feature of Mookata is the use of pork lard in place of oil or butter. When you cook the meats, the grease will roll off into the steamboat, flavouring the soup. Yum yum in your tum tums.

To make it more delicious, you have to exclaim 'Mookata!' like a Haka Dancer whilst eating. True story.

haka mookataMOO-KA-TAAAAAA!
