In the match on May 8, 2014, against Albirex Nigata, the Albirex goalkeeper had just cleared the ball out of his box and was completely off his line.
The 25-year-old replied with an intuitive one-touch volley and scored from a 40-metre punt inside the centre circle of his own half.
The goal came in the 32nd minute.
However, Geylang eventually lost the match 4-2.
Here's the video: You can hear the crowd shouting in anticipating as the ball was mid-way on course to finding the back of the net. The hang time of the ball in the air was about 2 seconds.
