To think that this video was conceived after a poop.

If you think you've seen the real Singapore, wait till you check out this video showcasing the hyper-realistic Singapore.

For two and a half minutes, you'd be mesmerised as the video captures all the glorious shades, shapes and colours of Singapore, the highly urbanised city-state in a super-sharp from dusk-to-dawn manner.

And it all kind of looks like it's made out of Lego.

Called Graphicity - The First Night Hyperlapse film of Singapore, the video was shot using a hyper-lapse technique, which is like a time-lapse but with long camera movements.

It is by Tripeaksimagery, who are specialists in time-lapse photography.

Tripeaksimagery previously produced another piece about a year ago that was even shared by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on his Facebook page because it was also very amazeballs.

So how did this second video come about after the first one attracted a bit of attention?

Not easy, apparently, as the video's description revealed that there were "many many nights of lonely shooting".

Best part?

The makers admit the hyperlapse film of Singapore was conceived after thinking it through day and night and even while taking a poop.
