Remember Water Wally? He is the creepy Public Utilities Board (PUB) mascot who peeped at a boy having a shower last year.
He is back again. This time, he is promoting water copulation conservation, with a series of water conservation roadshows.
Why so? The event ads look more like a chat room or dating ads.

Clearly, Water Wally thinks that pretty female faces will get more people interested in washing clothes on a full load or turning off the shower tap while lathering.
Do note the oxymoron here: Social Media Ambassadors (Thy-Dowager, Dawn Yang, Silver Ang and Constance Lau ) being engaged to do roadshows offline.

Judging by the smiles and turn out, it looks like Water Wally may be right afterall.

In conclusion, we are just relieved that Water Wally is now more interested in ladies than kids.
