Update as of March 18, 2014, 5.30pm: McDonald's Singapore said they contacted the customer today and apologised to her. They also offered to invite her back to the restaurant to review what took place. She declined and shared that she would not be seeking any further action against members of McD Singapore staff.
It seems like McDonald's Singapore (McD Singapore) has been struck by Monday blues. Just like Häagen-Dazs Singapore six months ago.
It was supposed to be the National Breakfast Day, where McD Singapore is going to do some good by distributing 100,000 egg McMuffins to Singaporeans.
Hence, nothing is going to stop the record-breaking effort.
Not even a paying customer.

Long story short: Esme the guide dog of Cassandra Chiu, a visually-impaired lady, has taken to Facebook to complain about being turned away at McDonald's Jurong Park this morning.
As the staff was busy with the mcmuffin giveaways, the store manager explained that they have to reject Esme and Chiu due to space constraints. A counter staff member also mistook Esme for a pet and told Chiu that no pets were allowed.
McD Singapore had since apologised on both its Facebook and Esme's Facebook for the incident.
It remains to be seen whether Esme and its owner will forgive McD Singapore.
An hour after McD Singapore's apology on FB, Esme provided a more detailed account of the incident to its FB fans.
Many Facebook users swarmed McD Singapore Facebookpage to express their discontent.
Many have threatened to boycott the store:
Others berated McD Singapore for the lack of manners.
Some decided to take the opportunity to follow-up on their previous personal complaints:
Fortunately, there are a few sane minds who asked netizens to calm down:
The hero of the incident?
A Darryl Kang who became McD Singapore's unofficial spokesperson and a voice of reason.
