Three Singapore-based YouTube stars are back with a new channel and video.

Formerly from YouTube channel, Wah!Banana, the three main actors (top from left to right), Djehuty, Foxy and Elliot, formed their own YouTube channel, Tree Potatoes.

Their first video under Tree Potatoes -- "12 types of people at the gym" -- have attracted 25,000 views in one day, with nearly 6,000 viewers subscribing to the channel.

Leaving Wah!Banana

The three actors, who left Wah!Banana last month, contributed significantly to Wah!Banana's popularity this year, as it became the most popular local YouTube channel.

Wah!Banana's tongue-in-cheek skits with a distinct local flavour drew a large and loyal audience. In fact, two of their YouTube videos were among the top 10 trending videos in Singapore for 2013.

Djehuty, said that the trio quit because they "wanted to start a channel that we can call our own".

He shared that it "was an extremely painful decision to leave" but he did not want to pour his life and passion into something he didn't own.

Elliot did not reveal why he left but shared that he will be "creating new content with my buddies Djehuty and Foxy because I love them (on most days)."

Foxy is easily the most popular among the three and it was the charming Foxy who stole the show.
