A couple of thousand people showed up for the first-ever Race The Dead 2013 held at Sentosa's Tanjong and Siloso Beach today.

And boy was it hot. Most of the zombies were floored by the heat.

But were they the nicest undead ever. They won't really chase the runners. (The heat makes everybody lethargic).

And they will pick you up if you fall.

But they will do their darnedest to steal your red flags simulating your lives.

The two-day event over the weekend will probably witness another several thousand runners trying to make it out alive on Sunday.
