It takes place outside an army camp where several personnel are seen walking out of the camp gate. We are guessing the personnel are recruits as all of them were booking out in their smart 4 and wearing jockey caps.
From the background, we hear a woman screaming out 'Ah boy! 出来了啊 (You're out) ?! Aiyoh!' in the most emphatic fashion. The camera than focuses on one of the recruits, who looks clearly embarrassed. She finishes off by asking 'NS got treat you ok or not?'

It is not known whether the 'mother' in the video was trolling her son, but it was clear he was happy and embarrassed at the same time to book out and receive such a reception.
