Last Friday, Alibaba, a Chinese E-commerce company, launched the biggest IPO in history.
Raising US$25 billion at launch, the IPO overtook the Agricultural Bank of China's 2010 public offering which raised $22.1 billion. The top IPO in the U.S. before 2010 was a $19.7 billion deal by Visa in 2008.
Jack Ma is the enigmatic CEO of Alibaba and has been known to give inspiring and cutting speeches about leadership and what it takes to succeed.
