Well, the driver - 64-year-old Tan Chu Seng - was jailed for 10 months yesterday and fined $1,400 for mischief and other offences, which included dealing 6.7kg of duty-unpaid cigarettes.

The Malaysian trader, who is also a Singapore PR, was also ordered to pay $2,800 for damage caused to the "cat claw" barriers, which although are created to stop cars, failed to stop Tan's car.
