This occurred in the men's team table tennis semi-final on July 27, 2014, at Glasgow 2014 between Singapore's Gao Ning and Nigeria's Segun Toriola.
Gao, ranked 12 in the world, won the first two game 11-7, 11-8, but his Nigerian opponent bounced back to win the next two games 11-0, 11-7.
In the final game, Gao won 11-9.
