Everybody is blaming this motorcyclist for crashing along PIE towards Tuas. They are right.

Totally not defensive riding at all.

It appears there are worse things that can happen on the road than BMW drivers.

A motorcyclist travelling along PIE towards Tuas after Eunos Flyover on Feb. 18, 2016, pulled off an unforced error and crashed around 8.30am -- all in the name of being hasty.

The motorcyclist could be seen speeding up as he came into the frame from the right lane at a relatively high speed compared to the other vehicles.

In a bid to outmanoeuvre the other vehicles, he did not anticipate that the red car in front of him will brake as traffic built up towards the Paya Lebar Flyover.

It looked as though he might have clipped the red car before slamming into the silver Volkswagen beside, who did well to swerve left to avoid running the motorcyclist over.

Needless to say, those who have left comments on the video were not sympathetic to the motorcyclist.
