I was driving along Changi Coast Rd onto Tanah Merah Flyover (towards the ECP in the direction of the City), listening to Trivium's "Silence in the Snow" album (great album, by the way), when I notice, first, a dude standing with his bicycle on the right side of the road (stupid, but lucky chap), then (more alarmingly) a BMW driving AGAINST TRAFFIC up the slip road from the ECP Service Rd. The first half of the video more or less speaks for itself from that point. (See Diagram 1 in comments.) I kinda wish I had the sound on, because my screeching tyres really gave me that "Hollywood car chase" vibe..Anyway, after dodging the fool, I pulled into heavy vehicle park to sort out some warning lights on my dashboard, then rejoined the ECP Service Rd to carry on home. Lo and behold, I found myself behind the same sotong. Not intentional, I swear. Here's where the second part comes in. After driving the entire stretch of the ECP Service Rd, our driving champ once again drives AGAINST TRAFFIC at around Car Park F3. Since driving against traffic is generally a bad idea, I decided against following him further. Honestly, I have no bloody idea where he was intending to go after that, because, looking at Google Maps, that's about 1km in wrong frickin' direction!
