They did so by creating and posting a variation of the popular 'Be Like Bill' meme that advocates "smart" online behaviour – you've probably seen one of these in long, angry comment threads all around the internet.
Well, here's Sengkang Neighbourhood Police Centre's rendition, (probably) gloriously created with the state-of-the-art computer graphics software known to us as Microsoft Paint.
