David Bowie has died from cancer at the age of 69.
Steve Martin, the singer's publicist has confirmed with Sky News that the statements posted on the star's official Facebook and Twitter at around 2.30pm (Singapore time) on Monday, Jan. 11, 2016, were correct.

The singer had just celebrated his 69th birthday on Friday, Jan. 8, when he released his 29th album called Blackstar.
