Foreign worker uses Indiana Jones move to rescue drowning cat from monsoon drain

A drowning cat struggling to peddle to stay afloat was rescued from the monsoon drain after torrential downpours island-wide on Nov. 26, 2015.

The incident was caught on camera, which showed a quick-thinking foreign worker pulling off an Indiana Jones move, swinging from the sloping side of the drain into the crevice in the wall using a thin harness or rope tied around his waist:
