514 Chai Chee Lane 03-16, Singapore 469029 The Workers' Party Youth Wing (WPYW) elected four more Executive Committee members at its annual Youth Wing Conference today.
The WPYW, which is led by President and East Coast GRC candidate Daniel Goh, elected the following four members for the term of 2015-2017. They are:
1. Cheryl Loh Xiu Wen, 32

3. Redzwan Hafidz Abdul Razak, 31
4. Tan Jun Yen Ron, 30
Three of the four new WPYP executive committee members were GE 2015 candidates in Nee Soon GRC and Jalan Besar GRC. The fourth member Muhammad Ihsan was an election agent to MacPherson SMC candidate Bernard Chen.
The existing elected members of the Executive Committee (2014-2016) are:
Vice President: Tan Kong Soon, 38
Secretary: He Ting Ru, 32 (Marine Parade GRC candidate)
Executive Committee Members:
Chae Pei Mun Pamela, 31
Chen Jiaxi Bernard, 30 (MacPherson SMC candidate)
Goh Chye Soon Allan, 26
Mohamed Fairoz Bin Shariff, 37 (East Coast GRC candidate)
Is President elected too? Nope, Goh is appointed by the WP Central Executive Committee.

Anyway, it was also the WPYP's SG100 Conference, where youths (18-40 years of age) discussed their aspirations and how they can contribute towards SG100.
Goh mentioned after the conference that it was time for "citizen co-creation", as WP continues to "champion parliamentary democracy in the service of Singaporeans".
With 70 participants attending the session, it appears that there is a bright SG100 future for WP despite its disappointing GE 2015 results.
