Yes, a new baby! This makes Choo the second young MP to become a parent to an SG50 baby, after Tin Pei Ling, who gave birth in August.

We're glad little Sarah made it out safe, happy and healthy! It sounds like Choo's wife Pam's delivery was much longer than usual — from the looks of it, more than 24 hours:
