Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will deliver his 12th National Day Rally (NDR) address at 6.45pm tonight, at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) College Central.
This will be his third rally at ITE College Central.
Although this rally is where PM will set new directions and test out new ideas, his long heavy-on-policy speech is a tad difficult for many Singaporeans to pay full attention.
Anyway, PM Lee has given a sneak preview of what he'll be touching on.
