He is looking to sue media outlets as well.

Vincent Law, 51, the family and youth counsellor who bailed out enfant terrible Amos Yee, is demanding that the teenager make an unreserved apology and a full retraction of the molestation allegation made against him on May 13, 2015.

The 16-year-old full-fledged anarchist had put up a Facebook post that contained the allegation, while pretending to tip off reporters to turn up at Pasir Panjang MRT station where he said he would reveal information of how Law had allegedly molested him.

Law had acted as a bailor for Amos Yee on April 21 but subsequently discharged himself on April 30.

Just a day earlier on May 12, Yee was found guilty of the charge of obscenity and wounding the feelings of Christians in a YouTube video criticising former prime minister, Lee Kuan Yew.

About seven hours after his initial accusation -- and his failure to show up to meet the media -- Yee clarified that his Facebook post was an act of “trolling” to hit back at reporters.

According to The Online Citizen, Law has since communicated his demands of an unreserved apology from Yee and a full retraction of the molest allegation to his parents.

Failing which, Law said that he would not hesitate to take up legal action.

Lawyers that The New Paper spoke to said Law had the option to sue Yee for defamation as "damage has been done":

Rajan Supramaniam from Hilborne Law, said: "The allegation is very serious. It is already out in print and circulated. The damage has been done."

Another lawyer, Louis Joseph from Regent Law, said Yee's young age and retraction will not prevent him from getting sued and his parents might be "vicariously liable" as they can be held responsible their child's actions.

Law had apparently also told TOC that he would consider taking legal action against media outlets that republished Yee's defamatory allegation.
