Here we imagine seven potential horror titles for the Ministry of National Development to consider.

3. The Tile-tergeist - Senja BTO flat
Synopsis: As a family moves into their new home, they notice strange events that only affect their tiles. The floor tiles take on multiple incarnations from the likes of shoe stains to spilled water, threatening to stay tarnished forever.
4. Dawn of the Living Shrooms - Punggol
Synopsis: Following an ever-growing epidemic of zombies, two Singaporean families seek refuge in a Punggol HDB flat. But nothing can prepare them for what lie ahead - Living shrooms.
5. The Norman Bates Shower Screen - Trivelis DBSS
Synopsis: A woman on the run checks into a Clementi DBSS for refuge. While taking a hot shower, everything she loves start to crack uncontrollably.
6. Insidious: Hideous Pipes - Trivelis DBSS

Synopsis: A family looks for solutions to prevent fugly looking pipes from hurting their child's senses. But first they must travel to a deeper realm called The Sewage.
7. Paranarrow Activity - Trivelis DBSS
Synopsis: After moving into a suburban DBSS, a couple becomes increasingly disturbed by a super narrow corridor.
