First cat cafe opens in S'pore on Christmas day, cat molesters rejoice

Singapore’s first cat cafe opened to a full house on Christmas day and only to those who made reservations in advance.

The cafe, Neko no Niwa, which means Cat Garden in Japanese, can accommodate up to 25 cat lovers at a time.

Located at Boat Quay, it is modelled after Japanese cat cafes. Patrons get to order food and drinks and play with the felines. There are a total of 13 resident cats.

Cost: S$12 per person for the first hour and S$5 for every half an hour thereafter.
