It clearly showed a silver Mitsubishi Lancer careening out of control before smashing into a lorry from behind at high speed, where the impact caused the lorry to flip and roll.

According to Shin Min Daily News, the accident left five lanes of the SLE blocked.

This left only one usable lane for motorists, which caused the traffic to become extremely congested as the accident took place during the morning rush hour.

The driver of the car was arrested, while the lorry driver and the passengers on board were conveyed to hospital.

They can be seen crawling out of the lorry's broken windshield as it laid by the side of the road after it turned turtle.
