Wedding bridal studio in Amoy Street unresponsive, customers left in the lurch demanding money back

To those affected, yeah, this sucks.

Sophia Wedding Collection, a bridal studio that rents out bridal wear and sells photo shoot packages located at 50 Amoy Street, has allegedly closed down suddenly on Oct. 10, 2015.

This is according to a blog post by another bridal studio that has stepped in to offer assistance to couples who are left stranded and need to make alternative arrangements for their wedding.

Word on the street is that the bridal studio was closed by 7pm on Saturday, even though its operating hours was supposed to be until 9pm.

The interior of the studio was dark when affected customers arrived in droves at the shop.

Calls to the shop and messages left on the bridal studio's Facebook page were unanswered.

Angry customer responses have since been posted on the Facebook page, with several of them indicating they have or will be taking the matter to the police and the authorities.
