SMS messages show employer in S'pore unhappy new employee has taken 2 days MC because of high fever

Here's some context: A post on Hardware Zone forum shows one of its members asking for suggestions from other forum users on what to do.

This was after his employer is unhappy he had taken two days of medical leave due to high fever and was required by the doctor to rest over a two-day period on Thursday and Friday that extended over to the weekend -- a grand total of four days rest.

This is his original post:

Was sick and given 2 days to rest at home

(joined the company for a month plus and have been working many OTs. fallen sick and 1st time taking mc).

Inform my boss accordingly and this is the reply in return (refer pic below).

Other than tendering.

Where to complain? MOM? HR Dept? PM Office?
