The Singapore Police Force (SPF) has put up a media release appealing for information on this woman:

The police said they are looking for this woman to "assist with investigations into a case of cheating which occurred at a shopping mall located along New Upper Changi Road".

Lianhe Wanbao reported that she is suspected to have signed a new phone line using a man's identity card.

Her photograph has already made it onto the Hardwarezone forum in a thread called "gpgt- THIS MINAH CHIOBU (serious, not chio i chop kjj) IS IN TROUBLE! SG POLICE LOOKING FOR HER!!!!"

This woman's mother turned her in to the police subsequently.
