The upcoming SEA Games 2015 to held in Singapore from June 5 to 16 will run on a budget of $324.5 million as 7,000 athletes and officials across 36 sports land on our shores to partake in exercise while the rest of the countries sit back and watch.
However, it appears not enough money has been channelled to hire a proper Photoshop practitioner who knows how to use the lasso tool properly and do some image cropping.
The result? Publicity material -- the type that hugs a big pillar -- displayed outside the National Library in Bugis shows Shanti representing Singapore in track and field looking like she has to contend with top athletes from the region and a bad hair day.

Not to pick on the small things, but this is not how professional sports athletes representing Singapore in the biggest sporting event in years should come across to the public-at-large.
And even if you can't afford a legit copy of Photoshop, you can always try Gimp.
