Ume San 100, a Japanese umeshu bar that opened in 2023, is a ramen bar by day nestled in Fortune Centre.
A vibrant row of vending machines marks the entrance of this speakeasy-like shop.
Currently, it's offering set lunches starting from S$9.90.
