A Singaporean was killed while riding his motorcycle in Johor, Malaysia, on Feb. 2, 2024.

Maverick Lim, 29, was riding along the North-South Expressway towards Melaka with two friends when the accident happened.

He would have turned 30 in April.

His family is now appealing for witnesses to come forward with footage of the accident.

This is what the family knows:

• When: Feb. 2, between 12:15pm and 12:30pm
• Where: North-South Expressway, near the 53.3km mark
• Vehicles involved: Blue motorbike belonging to Lim, and a truck
