The results of the 2023 Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE O-Level) examination will be released on Jan. 11, 2024 at 2:00pm.

School candidates

The Ministry of Education (MOE) announced in a press release that school candidates will be able to receive their results from their secondary schools on that day.

Details on the collection arrangements will be shared by the respective schools.

Those who are unable to collect their results in person can also appoint a proxy to collect a physical copy of their results on their behalf from the school.

Proxies will be required to produce relevant documents for the school's verification during results collection.

Private candidates

Private candidates who are eligible for Singpass can use their Singpass account to check their results online.

They can log into SEAB's Candidates Portal from 2:45pm onwards on Jan. 11.

Private candidates who are not eligible for Singpass can still view their results through the portal using the account that they created during registration.

Joint Admissions Exercise

Students who wish to apply to junior colleges, Millennia Institute, polytechnics, and the Institute of Technical Education via the Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE) will receive a digital form to do so.

This form will be sent to their registered email address from 2pm onwards on Jan. 11.

They can also download the form from the JAE-Internet System (JAE-IS), which will be accessible from 4pm on Jan. 11 to 4pm on Jan. 16.

Applicants are to submit their course choices via the JAE website.

JAE application postings will be released on Feb. 1, 2024.

The results can be viewed via an SMS that will be sent to the Singaporean phone number provided by the applicant, or through JAE-IS.

Those posted to Junior Colleges or the Millennia Institute are to report to their respective institutions on Feb. 2.

If they are unable to report to school due to valid reasons, they are advised to contact their posted schools directly to confirm their placement.

Applicants posted to polytechnics or any Institute of Technical Education will receive an email or package via mail on the enrolment details by the end of February.
