A tuxedo cat was caught on video stuck in a tree and having difficulty coming down on its own.
The feline's predicament was put up on TikTok.

But there was a twist.
Stuck in tree
The video started by showing a black and white cat gingerly clinging onto the tree for its dear life.
It was about 3m to 4m up in the air.
A man was seen at the bottom of the tree, clapping his hands to coax the animal down.
The caption overlaid on the video stated that someone had gone to get a ladder to help the cat down.
But it appeared that the cat could not wait any longer and walked onto a tree branch.
That was when it slipped and tried to hold on for its dear life — but failed.
It held onto the branch for about 19 seconds before losing its grip and balance.
Cat falls
The cat's fall from height was documented on slow-motion video.
The cat was seen landing on the grass patch below on its head and side.
It appeared stunned from the impact as it sat on the ground.
However, when a woman approached the cat, it started to walk away.
It did not appear worse for wear.
Woman got up from wheelchair to check on cat
But the video did not end there.
It transpired that the woman who walked towards the cat to check on it was in fact just using the wheelchair to get around.
The camera then panned to an empty wheelchair on the pedestrian footpath.
The caption overlaid on the video read:
Two miracles happen(ed)...
First, cat sustains no injuries
Second, this nice aunty becomes ok and walks out from her wheelchair
Responses
While many commenters were tickled by the non-sequitur ending, some expressed concern for the cat as it had, after all, fallen from a height and could use a veterinary assessment.
Some also questioned why the person shooting the video could not have helped to break the cat's fall, but this suggestion was shot down by others who claimed both the cat and the person might have been hurt had any attempt been made to catch it.
