Dunman Road Char Siew Wanton Mee, known for its signature fiery chilli sauce, has relocated its second outlet from Eunos Crescent to Geylang Lorong 29.

This was shared in a post by user Edwin Khoo in the "Can Eat! Hawker Food" group on Facebook, on May 7.

Another post by user Francis Toh in the same group, on May 13, showcased the new stall nestled among other hawker stalls at Xing Lian Coffee Shop.

Khoo understood from the stall owner that the move was prompted by a rental increase at the Eunos branch from S$5,000 to S$7,200 per month.

However, business has reportedly been slow at the new Geylang outlet, especially in the morning.

As such, the owner has been adjusting his operating hours, customers noted in the comments.

The owner's brother continues to run the original Dunman Road Char Siew Wanton Mee stall, situated at level 2 of Dunman Food Centre.

Those who enjoy super spicy food would definitely be drawn to the stall's notoriously spicy chilli sauce that is typically slathered over the plate of noodles.

Customers can opt for their preferred spice level, either "Normal" or "Super Spicy".

The wanton mee is served in three sizes: S$4, S$4.50 and S$5.

Patrons can also buy a plate of wantons separately, perhaps to zhng their meal.
