Just one day after outing himself as the photographer behind the hilariously bad wedding photographs that went viral, Chung Siew Goh has come up with another statement revealing how much he was paid for his efforts.

First, he apologised for the "20+ bad actual day wedding photos" which the couple received and said that he was paid $350 for this assignment.

Previously, he said he worked 10 hours photographing the couple and then edited over 900 photographs.

First & foremost, I would like to apologise to this couple for the 20+ bad actual day wedding photos that they have received. My bridal company & I could have done better by QC & removing them first before giving to you. I received $350 for this full day wedding photography & editing assignment, and I should have done better.

My usual practice is to give the bridal company all the actual day photos & in turn, they will pass them to the couples. Lesson learnt, I will instead QC the photos first before giving them to the bridal studio.

I sincerely hope you find the remaining 800+ photos good. I thoroughly enjoyed covering your wedding that day.

Once again, my sincere apologies for the hurts you went through with the terrible photos. Perhaps we could meet up & allow me to buy you coffee & apologise to you in person for the inconvenience caused.

It was reported in Shin Min Daily News that the bridal studio in question is Feline Wedding. The report carried a photograph of the tearful bridal shop owner who gave details on the incident.

The owner, Wang Zong Li (direct translation), shared that the couple signed a package with Feline Wedding and she gave them complimentary outfit rentals for the couple's parents and bridal party. She said that the couple insisted on having everyone try on their outfits months before the wedding which caused the studio quite a bit of inconvenience.

Wang also revealed that the package the couple signed up for did not include a pre-wedding shoot but the couple insisted on one at the Botanic Gardens which the photographer agreed to. She reportedly added that two other couples who signed with Feline Wedding have since requested to cancel their actual day wedding photography services.

This entire incident started on Sunday when the bride, Jaclyn Ying, shared a Facebook album filled with hilariously bad photographs of her wedding. She did put a disclaimer that it was "not a flame and shame post" but for "social media for amusement." She did not openly reveal the name of the photographer or the wedding studio.

The Facebook album has since been shared over 18,000 times, and was featured in several overseas photography and lifestyle websites.
