Full-time polyglot and equally capable wrestler, John Cena, appeared on ESPN SportsNation to field a bunch of questions.

And one of the highlights of Cena's segment was to plug his language proficiency skills -- something wrestling aficionados are familiar with.

Even though Cena spoke in halting Mandarin, his proficiency in Chinese is probably better than a lot of people you know of from this part of the world:

With regards to what he said in Mandarin, Cena followed up with an explanation in English that he hopes WWE does better business in China as they have many Chinese fans.

He also explained that his language acquisition skills was a result of the WWE providing second language programmes for its staff.

With China's market gradually opening up, it appears these days just about everyone's Mandarin is on par with Mark Zuckerberg.

Jiang hua yu, and you'd have reached the final frontier of a mass market audience ripe for the picking.
