AirAsia passenger strips down to his underwear & jumps off plane upon landing
The plane was forced to make an emergency landing.
An AirAsia flight travelling from Nha Trang, Vietnam, to Bangkok, Thailand, was forced to make an emergency landing after a passenger caused a disturbance mid-flight.
The incident reportedly took place on Jan. 29.
Citing reports from Russian media, UK tabloid Daily Mail said the Russian-speaking male passenger began behaving erratically shortly after take-off.
He was suspected of being intoxicated and allegedly challenged members of the cabin crew to a fistfight.

According to Daily Mail, the man was said to have visited the toilet repeatedly on the flight and appeared increasingly agitated.
Despite efforts by other passengers to try to calm him down, the man also reportedly got into an argument with a flight attendant, insisting that he needed to disembark.
He later removed most of his clothing and ran through the cabin, continuing to demand to leave the aircraft.
Videos circulated on X showed the man dressed only in his underwear, threatening cabin crew and attempting to open the aircraft door.

In the footage, he can be heard ordering the crew to unlock the cabin doors and shouting at them not to touch him.
He was also heard yelling in Russian.
At one point, the man reportedly announced to fellow passengers that he intended to jump from the aircraft.
After the plane landed, the man reportedly jumped through an open aircraft door before a stairway had been positioned.

He sustained a leg injury while attempting to flee and was subsequently arrested by Thai police.
