Jeffery Epstein emails allege Bill Gates had sex with 'Russian girls', hid STD from wife

On Jan. 30, the U.S. Department of Justice unsealed a set of 2013 emails written by late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and addressed to himself.

The release was announced by deputy attorney-general Todd Blanche, more than a month after the Dec. 19, 2025 deadline set by legislation requiring the disclosure of all documents related to Epstein.

Claims Bill Gates had STD

According to the Financial Times, one of the emails, with the subject line "bill," contained allegations that tech mogul and billionaire Bill Gates had requested antibiotics for a sexually transmitted disease, purportedly to pass on "surreptitiously" to his then-wife, Melinda French Gates.

The message read: "TO add insult to injury you then subsequently with tears in your eyes, implore me to please delete the emails regarding your std, your request that I provide you with antibiotics that you can surreptitiously give to Melinda, and the description of your penis."

Business Insider reported the message appeared to be a draft note Epstein was preparing for an individual named Boris, who reportedly worked for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, following a dispute.

Another email claimed that Boris helped Gates "get drugs," and facilitated what was described as "illicit trysts" involving "Russian girls" and "married women."

However, there was no evidence provided to support any of the claims made.

Gates' response

In response to the allegations, a spokesperson for Gates said the claims were "absolutely absurd and completely false", as reported in FT.

"The only thing these documents demonstrate is Epstein's frustration that he did not have an ongoing relationship with Gates and the lengths he would go to entrap and defame," the spokesperson said.
