Connectivity issues during initial adjustment period
This comes as Singtel said in a Mar. 23 evening update regarding its network services that "our teams worked diligently to optimise our mobile network performance and addressed all the issues that led to the recent incidents".
It added that it also vigorously further tested its network "over the past three days to ensure stability".
"Customers can be assured that our network services and performance have been stable," it said, apologising for the inconvenience caused as it understands that some customers may have experienced "some connectivity issues" during this initial adjustment period.
