Singtel users in S'pore flag service problems for 3rd day straight

Singtel users in Singapore reported issues with its services on the evening of Mar. 18, 2026.
According to Downdetector, an online site tracking service outages, there were over 50 reports of Singtel-related problems at 5:32pm on Mar. 18.

Following a spike in reports, the number of reports jumped to 536 as of 6:17pm on the same day.

In a Facebook post at 7:26pm, the telcom said that it was aware that some customers were facing "momentary connectivity issues".
The matter has since been resolved, it said.
Previous disruptions
This comes after earlier disruptions on Mar. 16 and Mar. 17, which affected thousands of Singtel users.
Users also raised the issue on Singtel's Facebook page.
One user was previously told to restart the mobile device and toggle "ON/OFF" airplane mode and if that still did not work, to "try toggling to stay on 4G connection".

Most reported problems

As of 7:50pm on Mar. 18, checks by Mothership showed that among the most reported problems, 50 per cent of reports were related to mobile internet, 23 per cent related to mobile signal and 20 per cent related to broadband internet.
